haha, glad you got a laugh out. in truth, i've never had much hair success but i started washing my hair with baking soda around the same time i started this blog and i can totally see the progression! healthier hair for sure.. i recommend! so it sort of really IS a hair blog for me... there i go again... :)
I had saw in an earlier post that you have been washing your hair with baking soda. What are the benefits? How often do you do it, and how long do you leave it in? I just might have to try it myself!
i wash my hair every 3 days now (before i couldn't go more than one - my fine hair would be a greasy mess) i just put about a tbsp of baking soda into a bottle, add about a cup of shower water, shake it around and apply. wait 3 mins and rinse. then do the same thing with apple cider vinegar. i just started using the apple cider vinegar rinse this week, and it functions real nicely as a conditioner.
i don't use the term, 'lol' but your confession did in fact make me giggle! Only because it sounded like something I would say :)
